Inspired art....

I actually started this drawing yesterday while on the road to Arches National Park, but finished it today while listening to General Conference. Arches National Park is truly inspiring as it is evidence of God's handiwork in this beautiful world we live in. Even the park rangers said when giving their spiel on how they think the landscape was formed that what they were telling us was their best guess.
So I finished the pansies today while listening to our church leaders speak during our bi-annual conference. I then started and finished the rooster. The lighting in our motel room isn't the best so these didn't quite photograph true to color but you get the idea. Seeing God's handiwork, and listening to inspired and inspiring messages can really get the creative juices going. After all, where do our talents come from but from God?

Yes, it was wonderful as always. Missed the second session because we had to go out of town to visit my son. So I guess I will read it instead. Not quite the same. Thanks for the visit to my blog and my wrinkly old witches! Keep up the wonderful art. I enjoy your work.
