What can you do with a burned out light bulb?

 

Make a White Rabbit of course! I guess you could say he has an inner light ready to come forth, or not...:-) Some day I may stop playing with light bulbs, but probably not until they have been banished into obscurity. Until then, the skies the limit and each light bulb has his own character waiting to shine through. This winsome fellow can be found on EBAY

Ruffles Easter Bunny is hopping over to etsy!

I have so much fun creating these little Easter babies! An egg shape is perfect for all sorts of Easter baby delights, so there will be more to follow.
With the advent or hope of warmer weather, which we will have a taste of this weekend (yippee!), sometimes we have to deal with the rain or muck or melting snow and slush so decorating for Easter is a great way to brighten up your home. I like to bring Spring indoors early by spreading a little color through out ours with my hand crafted Easter goodies. This year I'm hoping to have a feather tree in pastel Easter colors, and I can just imagine how one of these little fellas would look underneath it. In the mean time, I'm offering some one of a kind creations in my etsy shop for you to enjoy as well. :-)

101st Blog Post Give away.....

I've noticed that a lot of my blogging friends like to do a give away for their 100th post, but we are going to try something different so I'm doing the 101th post give away. The cute little bunny ornament you see could be yours if you are the one who can guess or get fairly close to what the start of this creation in the photo to the left is going to be. I will run this give away until April 1st, so you have five days to think about it and get your post in. As an added bit of fun, we can play 20 questions so you can try and get clues out of me. You may post as many times as you want, but hold on to that guess until you think you are sure what it is.

Eek! There's a naked rabbit in my studio!

The nerve of this guy! I've been trying to get him dressed all week but he just wont' hold still! He keeps looking for his watch and exclaiming, "Oh my ears and whiskers, look at how late it's getting!" Well if he doesn't hold still and let me dress him, he will miss the big event...whatever that is.....

Bunnies are hopping through......

You would think it was Easter already as the bunnies are hopping through the neighborhood, trying to find goodies to nibble on. I haven't shown them where the daffodils are peeking through yet as I love their sunny faces and bright green leaves that stand at attention as ensigns of Spring.
These bunnies might find their way to ebay soon, am still deciding on when though. Stop by again and see what's a poppin around here.
